This 2007 circular from Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Energy (MOE) outlines the data required of petroleum companies in advance of drilling exploratory wells.
It mandates that these companies submit a variety of information to the MOE in electronic format, including: geological information (including reserve estimates), production schedules and cost estimates, accounts of rig safety performance and accident reports, and environmental assessment plans.
