The Latin America Civil Society Network on the Extractive Industries has just released the first issue of its Spanish-language quarterly magazine, Punto de Vista, or View Point. The inaugural issue focuses on mining, oil and gas concessions and contracts in the region, taking a close look at Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Mexico and delivering a broad overview of the dynamic changes in Latin America's contracts and concessions regimes.
