Gaps in knowledge and competing demands often prevent parliamentarians from taking effective action. In this video, legislators from Ghana, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Uganda describe the challenges of weak capacity as they attempt to improve resource governance. This lack prompted RWI to launch its parliamentary capacity building project, empowering MPs’ with access to expertise and resources to fulfill their governance and oversight roles
