Fundacion Foro Nacional por Colombia is providing Colombian citizens with information they need to understand and participate in the current national debate over how royalties generated by mining and oil extraction should be distributed among resource-producing and non-producing regions.
With RWI support, Fundacion Foro is writing and disseminating a report that analyzes the past and current roles the oil and mining industries play in the Colombian economy.
Fundacion Foro carries out research and analysis aimed at shaping public opinion and advocacy strategies on socio-economic and political topics. It is a member of the RWI-supported Latin America Civil Society Network on the Extractive Industries.
