The Revenue Watch Institute is funded through the generous support of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and the Open Society Institute, along with several other donors. (See complete list of donors below.)

Our annual budget is comprised solely of grants and in-kind contributions from our donors. RWI's budget for FY 2009 totaled $8.9 million US. In FY 2008, our budget totaled $8.6 million; in FY 2007, $5.5 million and in FY 2006, $3.5 million.
